Activated Carbon USA is committed to respecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we collect it, and how it is used.

Analytics

We use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics platform. Fathom does not use cookies, does not track personal data, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, ePrivacy, and PECR. No personal information is collected or stored by our analytics.

Fathom collects only aggregate, anonymized data such as page views, referral sources, and general geographic regions. This data cannot be used to identify individual visitors.

Contact Forms

Our contact form is powered by Formspark. When you submit a form, the information you provide (such as your name, email address, company, and message) is transmitted securely and stored by Formspark. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry.

We do not sell, share, or distribute your form submissions to third parties. Your information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your request and maintain a record of our correspondence.

Bot Protection

Our contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that submissions come from real visitors rather than automated bots. Turnstile is a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. It does not use cookies, does not track users across sites, and does not collect personal data.

During verification, Turnstile may process limited technical data (such as browser characteristics) to determine whether a visitor is human. This processing is handled entirely by Cloudflare and is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Additional Contact Methods

In addition to our contact form, we offer optional direct contact methods including phone, Telegram, Slack Connect, and LinkedIn. These methods are not displayed by default and are only revealed at your request.

If you contact us via phone or Telegram, your communication is handled directly between you and Ninety2 LLC. Phone calls and text messages are subject to your carrier's privacy practices. Telegram messages are governed by Telegram's Privacy Policy. We do not log or record phone calls, and we use information from these channels solely to respond to your inquiry.

For ongoing client relationships, we may invite you to a shared Slack Connect channel. Communication within Slack is governed by Slack's privacy policy and your organization's Slack workspace settings. Our LinkedIn presence is subject to LinkedIn's Privacy Policy.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Certain static assets, such as images, are served via DigitalOcean Spaces CDN. Both providers may process certain technical data (such as IP addresses) as part of delivering content to your browser. This processing is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and DigitalOcean's Privacy Policy.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. The only client-side storage used is localStorage to remember your light or dark theme preference. No personal data is stored in this process.

Our site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies independently.

Your Rights

Because we do not collect personal data through analytics, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete in that context. For any data submitted via our contact form, you may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us at the email address below.
